Coaching

Coaching is a conversation like no other that supports you to make life changing decisions about how and where you choose to spend your time and energy. It can be delivered in a number of different ways.

Some people prefer to meet with their coach in a familiar setting such as  their home, office, favourite coffee shop or park.  Others prefer to go to where their coach is and appreciate the opportunity to explore change in a new environment.

Distance doesn't need to be an obstacle to being coached.  Telephone coaching or use or use of video technology mean no matter where you live or if you are traveling you can still access your coach.

If you have never experienced coaching before you may wonder what happens in a coaching session. 

First and foremost you as the client are the expert in your life.  As your coach I don't have all the answers; what I do have are tools and resources that support and challenge you to find the solutions yourself.

The coaching session explores what it is you want to change, understand what will be different once that change is in place, identify actions you can put in place to make the change, consider any obstacles and then create the action plan.  The magic happens when you implement your action plan and start to see the results.

Coaching is future focussed. 

You are responsible for your results and if you make the commitment to do what you and I have identified then you will see change.
